II. Pre-deposition and pre-trial counseling of your physician, nursing, and extender staff - Our physician experts will work with your doctor and medical support staff defendants and defense team to help enhance the defendant's performance at deposition and/or trial. We will review the case, help in medical strategy formulation, discuss deposition/trial testimony skills and pitfalls, address areas of weakness, and have the defendant practice testimony delivery.
