The content of Skyview Loss Prevention Services’ Risk Management Program (“Program”) for Doctors & Surgeons including all text and graphics are the copyrighted work or other intellectual property of Skyview, unless otherwise indicated. Any unauthorized use of the Program content may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. Use of the Program content is governed by these terms and conditions. You may not sell, reproduce, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works, publicly display the Skyview Program content or otherwise use the Skyview Program content for any non-educational or commercial purpose without our prior consent.
2. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Skyview Program content not in accordance with these terms and conditions is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
3. Skyview hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the Skyview Program content, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
4. In no event shall Skyview be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of breach of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use of any of the information provided or available through the Skyview Program content.
5. The courses and related graphics published as part of the Skyview self assessment tool content may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Skyview waives any and all responsibility for such inaccuracies or errors. Changes and/or improvements are periodically added to the information contained therein.
